The @alimartell Milkshake
My wife Ali is really the inspiration behind so many of my recipes. I make food because I love to cook food for people that they will love to eat. This spiked milkshake is right up Ali’s, well, alley.
I don’t need to tell you it’s divinely delicious – chocolate, vanilla, coffee…

Chocolate syrup, for garnish
Chocolate whipped cream, for garnish

Dude. That looks AMAZING! *you need to kind of sing that sentence to make it sound like how I feel about this little concoction*
I am an ex-bartender. I’ll bet if Ali likes that, she would also like my version of an espresso martini.
Here it goes:
1 shot of Frangelico
1 shot of vanilla vodka
1/2 shot of Dark Creme de Cocoa
1 shot of espresso (chilled)
2 coffee creamers (like the little ones at a restaraunt)
Shake it hard on the rocks
Strain and serve in a chilled glass with chocolate syrup swirled on the inside.
Hope you like it!
YES.
Ali would like that very much. Heh.
